Good Ole Summertime...

Wow! 12 days on the road -- now in the books. It was an enjoyable trip. Clinton, Mississippi to Nashville, Tennessee to Cincinnati, Ohio to Louisville, Ohio to Ann Arbor, Michigan to Grand Rapids, Michigan to Henderson, Kentucky and back to Clinton, Mississippi. We visited family and friends, as well as met face-to-face two individuals [...different cities...] we had only known online previously. We stayed in several motels along the way, greatly pleasing the kids. We got to tour Eastern Ohio Almish Country [complete with brother-in-law guide]. We were able to frolick on the beach and swim in Lake Michigan [...Grand Haven, Michigan...] for the first time -- July 3rd the water temperature was 53 degrees!

Thanks to Tammy, Brian, Kelly, Steve, & families, for being such wonderful hosts. Also, thanks to Julie and Dave for totally exceeding expectations... :-)

Now its back to the grind. And of course, starting to think about where we would like to go next! :-)
